Electroheat Flange Heaters are designed for insertion into pipes, tanks, or pressurized vessels. Because they are directly immersed, they provide the most efficient transfer of electric heat energy to the work.
Electroheat Flanged Heaters incorporate industry standard 2 inch through 14 inch-150 pound rated ANSI stainless steel pipe flange. Units include stainless steel sheath in a wide range of wattages, watt densities, immersion length and voltages. All units are equipped with a heavy-duty moisture resistance terminal housing. Provisions are included all models for optional bulb and capillary thermostat and optional thermocouple sensor. Heaters can also be supplies in custom ratings, sizes, flanges, materials and terminal housing construction.
